MY FRIEND AND I BOTH WANT TO BUY SESSION CREDITS. CAN WE BUY A MOBILITY PACKAGE TO SHARE?

Sharing is definitely caring! If you’d like to share session credits between two people, please purchase a Mobility Membership. One Mobility Membership can be shared by the same two people throughout the lifetime of the membership. During checkout, please be sure to list both member names as “Member 1 First/last name [and] Member 2 First/last name”

Pssst…Pro Tip: There can only be one login! Feel free to split session credits however works best for you both.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/ REFUND/ EXPIRATION POLICY?

A session(s) must be used within 3 months from date of purchase. This includes all packages. For example, an 8-pack of stretch sessions must be used within a 3-month period (Date of Purchase 1/1/22-4/1/22). Any remaining credits on your account will be forfeited.

We understand life gets busy! We ask that you make any cancellation or reschedules at least 24 hours before your booked session

IF I BUY A PACKAGE OF MULTIPLE SESSION CREDITS, DO I HAVE TO BOOK ALL OF MY SESSIONS AT ONE TIME?

No! That’s the beauty of the credits.

However, since we often fill up appointments quickly, we encourage you to schedule at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?

Comfort and fit are key! We suggest any clothing that won't restrict your movement like athleisure. We ask that all of our clients wear socks to their session.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST VISIT?

On your first visit, you will be taken through a body mechanic assessment before your session starts. This will give us insight into your functional patterns and will help reveal where your major points of need are. In addition to gathering information from you, the assessment will be used to generate your baseline and design a plan that fits your needs.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BOOK A MOBILITY SESSION?

We recommend that our clients receive at least 2 MOBILITY sessions with us a week to see best results.

However, we also hope that all our clients will work to actively stretch their body between sessions! To encourage the routine and to accommodate busy schedules, we work with many of our clients to create an at-home stretch plan that meets their body mechanic needs to supplement the weeks they may not be able to come in.
